East Kent Colleges Group (EKC Group) is a further education provider in East Kent.
With six further education colleges in Ashford, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone and Sheppey, as well as nine adult training centres, which make up the EKC Training provision, the Group offers a host of education opportunities for people of all ages as well as opportunities for businesses.

One aspect of its unique offer is its Junior College provision. The Junior College programme at EKC Broadstairs College, EKC Canterbury College, EKC Folkestone College and EKC Sheppey College, is a unique opportunity for students going into Year 10 (or the equivalent if home-schooled), who to specialise in a chosen pathway.
At EKC Canterbury Sixth Form, students can study a choice of A Levels in our dedicated Sixth Form Centre. Being in a College environment gives learners a unique experience as they’ll be at the heart of our thriving Students’ Union, have access to phenomenal facilities, and benefit from our outstanding links with local employers.
EKC Canterbury College Spring Lane Campus is home to the College’s Landbased, Environmental and Animal Care courses, with dedicated facilities including Junior College.
We have invested in upgrading Spring Lane Campus to offer cutting-edge education and training to support the emerging demand for specialist green skills.
Our assistive technology suites are designed for care providers to test the latest care technologies and to consider how these can enhance the lives of care users. We also provide bespoke CPD for your team.
