Georgina Randsley de Moura
Governor
Georgina Randsley de Moura is Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, London and South East University Group and a Professor of Social and Organisational Psychology.
Previously the Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kent, Georgina has extensive experience leading institutional strategy, organisational transformation and academic excellence across teaching, research, and student success.
A passionate advocate for social inclusion, Georgina supports initiatives that empower students and communities from all backgrounds, widening participation and access to education.
She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment and champions initiatives that improve access, participation and attainment for underrepresented groups and fostering strong partnerships to expand educational opportunities.
