Daniel Cope
Governor
Freeman Daniel Cope is a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee at EKC Group.
Alumni of EKC Canterbury College (before the merger), Daniel studied Business Management.
He brings more than a decade of expertise and experience in technology, data, legal and regulatory compliance governance and organisational transformation in complex public and private sector environments.
Daniel has held senior leadership and board roles across global organisations, education, professional bodies, and the voluntary sector.
He provides independent challenge and strategic oversight, with particular expertise in risk, audit, digital transformation, privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence governance and operational resilience.
