Ray Bryce

Ray started her career as a broker, working for 12 years in the Aviation sector before stepping away from the workplace to have her daughter.

During this career break, Ray dedicated several years to voluntary work with the National Childbirth Trust, earning a national award for community contribution.

In 2010, Ray moved to Kent and returned to full-time employment, which also saw a career change as she moved into Education. Ray has had the opportunity to work across a variety of providers with administrative and operational leadership roles in both state and independent education settings, as well as early help services, before joining EKC Group in 2021.

Ray says she brings a commitment to high standards, accuracy, supportive communication and an attention to detail with a proven ability to create efficient, effective processes. She adds that her working practice is built on professionalism and a genuine commitment to service excellence with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
