Strategy

As a family of six community-based Colleges and nine Training Centres across East Kent, our Strategic Plan showcases how we will deliver East Kent Colleges Group’s Mission, Vision and Values for the communities we serve.

At the heart of everything we do is community. Ensuring that East Kent Colleges Group plays a leading role in contributing to the economic and social prosperity for the diverse communities which we serve is core to our mission.

In order to achieve this, our Group’s Strategic Plan guides all of our activities ensuring that we are able to truly deliver meaningful and positive impacts with our actions.

Our Strategic Plan runs between 2020 and 2024, and sets out five key Goals to help us achieve our ambitious Vision.
