Systems issue: Database Email Group

On 06/08/26, we informed you about a systems issue that caused several emails to be sent to our stakeholders.

This happened after our Digital team created a large database email group.

Our investigation confirms that no third parties were involved and that the issue is contained. If you have received multiple emails, please delete them. The mailing group has now been permanently deleted, so no further emails will be sent.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again.

We have been made aware of a systems issue which has seen a number of emails being sent out to our stakeholders.

This has happened following the creation of a large database email group by our Digital team.

We are currently looking into how this has happened and the scale of the problem, but would advise that you simply delete these emails if you receive them, and do not reply to them.

We apologise for the inconvenience, and please rest assured that we are working to resolve this issue.
