Through our ongoing capital projects in Dover, Sheppey and Thanet, we’re shaping the curriculum to support local skills needs.
These projects have been funded by the UK Government.
We are excited to be launching our brand-new EKC Broadstairs College Margate Digital Campus for creative pathways.
As part of this project, we have partnered with A+C Studios in Margate, a stop motion animation studio, to develop a brand-new Animation and Illustration course.
The new programmes at the EKC Broadstairs College, Margate Digital Campus promise to offer those enrolled industry-standard knowledge and access to inspiring state-of-the-art equipment.
We are working in partnership with Thanet District Council to develop the new EKC Broadstairs College, Margate Digital Campus, which has been funded by the UK Government.
The College extension at our EKC Sheppey College is part of Swale Borough Council’s Sheerness Revival Project, which has been funded by the UK Government.
The project aims to improve health, leisure, education, and employment opportunities on the Isle of Sheppey.
Offering an additional 900 square meters of educational space for learners to explore a wider range of courses that have been aligned with local skills needs, the new programmes in creative, engineering and logistics at EKC Sheppey College will leave learners well-equipped to achieve their ambitions in the career of their choice on the Isle of Sheppey and beyond.
The College extension has also allowed for a brand-new Junior College provision for 14–16-year-olds to launch.
EKC Dover College is set to secure a section within Dover District Council’s The Bench building.
Next academic year, Art and Design students will be welcomed to the innovative, community campus which promises to take their creative journey to the next level.
