EKC Sheppey College has formalised its partnership with global engineering company Wire Belt.
The Sittingbourne-based manufacturer, which operates internationally, joined EKC Sheppey College Principal Alexandra Syrotiuk to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
This agreement reinforces both organisations’ shared commitment to delivering high-quality training, learning, and employment opportunities for students across Kent.

Alexandra Syrotiuk, Principal of EKC Sheppey College, added: “It was wonderful to be able to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Wire Belt Company Limited at EKC Sheppey College this morning in our brand new engineering workshop within our Innovation building.
“This new partnership with Wire Belt Company Limited will enable our students to learn firsthand about how a local company designs, manufactures, innovates and distributes their products globally, truly informing our curriculum and inspiring our students at the very beginning of their career journey.”
