Victoria Copp-Crawley

No stranger to senior leadership in the FE sector, Victoria has been occupying Principal roles across the county since the start of the 2014/15 academic year. Prior to the formation of EKC Group, Victoria worked for East Kent College and was Principal of the Dover and Folkestone Campuses. This was a role that showcased talents in leadership, strategic planning and relationship building, skills which she has spent the best part of 20 years developing, working almost entirely in the FE.

In her previous roles as Principal of Folkestone College and Ashford College, Victoria had a great relationship with her community and was an advocate of supporting and collaborating with local business.

Victoria is passionate about Sport and experienced great success as a National Competitor in Squash both individually and in the England Squad. These achievements and competitive drive led Victoria to achieve her Sports Science Degree and Masters in Education and progress in her career in the Education Sector. Victoria is married and has two young children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
