Helen Hammond

Governor

Helen has worked in all areas of Further Education starting as a main grade lecturer in English and History, developing Access to HE courses and then developing adult learning provision. She has worked across a range of London institutions both within the GFE sector and also as Head of Service for Adult education for the London borough of Lewisham. For the past 8 years Helen has been the Principal at WM College based in Camden. The Working Men’s College was founded in 1854 and is one of the Institutes of Adult Education which provides a wide range of courses for adults.
