Management and Administration (Team Leadership and Management) T Level

The T Level in Management and Administration enables you to develop the knowledge, skills and experience needed to thrive in a career in Business.

Course content

Designed by industry leaders, the T Level combines hands-on learning, academic study and a 45-day work experience placement with a local employer.

In Year One you will study core units covering a range of topics such as:

Business in context – understanding organisational cultures and values, different types of stakeholders, and different forms of governance
The impact of organisations on society and the environment
Business behaviours and the importance of good communication
Quality assurance and compliance

In Year Two, you will study an occupational specialism: Team Leadership and Management. During this year, you will further develop your knowledge whilst developing the skills needed complete your specialist project

Your Future

Once you have successfully completed your T Level, there will be a range of progression opportunities available to you. These include, entering skilled employment, starting a higher-level apprenticeship, and going to university.

Entry Requirements

To study this T Level, you will need at least five GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics. This course is available for students up to the age of 19.
