Situated in the heart of Ashford, our College has excellent transport links by bus or rail.
Our town centre campus allows students to spend time off-site between lessons and give attendees the freedom to manage their own time. On our site, we have many excellent facilities including cafes, with Catering students providing lunch at least once every week. Our music studios and hair salons allow students to get real experience in their chosen industry, and our student centre gives students a break between lessons.
In the town, there are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops for students to explore and see what they have to offer. There is also a local Picturehouse cinema just down the road, so students can catch the latest films at the end of the college day with ease.
We are also located a 15 minute walk from the Ashford Designer Outlet, which offers big brands at up to 70% off!
In terms of public transport, our Elwick Road site is just in the heart of the town centre, just three minutes’ walk from Ashford International station and near the main bus stops located on Bank Street.
Ashford International Station boasts multiple bus routes around the borough and the railway station is on HS1, offering Eurostar trains to Europe and Southeastern high speed services to London and the Kent Coast. There are regular mainline services around the south-east from Ashford, to destinations such as Tonbridge, Canterbury, Hastings and Thanet.
We have worked closely with the station in recent years, helping to change the way we are connected in the heart of Ashford. In June, we helped organise a redesign of their walkway decals for the Jubilee, helping to change the landscape of this town.
