Your journey into the music industry is important to us. We will nurture your music talents and support you in perfecting your performance and production skills. Our highly experienced team will help you to understand how the modern music industry operates and teach you the latest techniques.

You will create music productions for live events, record/media release and for client projects, all while gaining essential industry experience and transferable skills that employers want.


The music area has rehearsal and recording studios, industry-standard kit and the latest technologies. There is a large range of music performance and media spaces too.

Year 1 Music students visited local recording studio 'Big Jelly Studios' in Ramsgate. Mike Collins, one of the owners and producers, kindly gave the students a tour and answered technical and music business questions. The students found it invaluable and it gave them a great insight into the recording studio world and the wider music industry
