The sport and leisure sector is expected to grow by 11% by 2020, and our courses will enable you to explore the various careers in this sector.
With a strong focus on sport and leisure leadership, our courses offer hands-on learning and will give you practical experience across the industry. They will also help you develop confidence, teamworking skills and professional standards that are required in the sport and leisure sector.

This pathway could lead to many career opportunities
The workforce is projected to expand by 9% over the period to 2027, adding 6,190 jobs. In the same period, 76% of the workforce is projected to retire, creating 50,516 job openings.
Sports and leisure assistants, provide and maintain facilities for sporting and recreational activities and supervise their use, maintain the continuity of entertainment and social events, offer odds and accept bets on the result of sporting and other events and control gambling activities.
