Learning Resource Centre

The Learning Resources Centre (LRC) is situated in ‘K’ block on the first floor at Canterbury College, it is open to all staff and students of the EKC Group for their various needs. You will meet our dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff who will be able to help you with any queries or concerns you may have.

You will find a wealth of resources and services in the Learning Resources Centre (LRC) to support you in your studies.

  • Laptops to loan within the LRC

  • Access to, and advice, in the use of online resources including eBooks, audiobooks, maps and journals

HE Study Centre

The HE Study Centre within the LRC offers a mature environment, exclusively for the use of our Higher Education, Access, and Pre-Access students.

  • 20 PCs in a quiet, professional setting
  • Dedicated laptops to loan to use within the HE Study Centre
  • Printing, photocopying and scanning (up to A3)
  • An exclusive collection of Higher Education textbooks
  • A dedicated Higher Education LRC Advisor
  • Access to, and advise in the use of, thousands of online books and academic journals

Tuesday - 8:30am until 6:30pm
Wednesday - 8:30am until 6:30pm
Thursday - 8:30am until 6:30pm
Friday - 9:45am until 4:30pm
