Advice for Students

During the current coronavirus pandemic, we will provide updated advice and guidance for students on this page.

All of our Colleges and other provision are now fully open to students. We’re working in line with the Government’s Covid guidance to ensure that our staff, students and visitors are as safe as possible. Although cases of the virus are in decline, the pandemic is still not over and we may need to impose stricter measures such as bubble groups for students, social distancing and moving to online teaching and learning.

You can view our video on how to keep yourself and others safe here.

We will ensure that students continue to receive important updates via email, this webpage, social media channels and our Virtual Learning Environment, Moodle.

Any students or staff who are exhibiting the symptoms of Coronavirus, such as coughing or a high fever, must not attend any of our Colleges or Business Units. They should self-isolate and get a PCR test as soon as possible. See Public Health England guidance for the latest information.

We have also created a flowchart to help understand what to do if you test positive or you’ve had close contact with somebody who has Covid-19.
