An Apprenticeship is an ideal way for a young person to kick-start a career and gain a nationally recognised qualification while being paid at the same time.
They are also a cost-effective way for businesses to recruit new talent or upskill existing staff. Starting at pre-Apprenticeship training, we offer progression to degree-level Apprenticeships in a variety of areas. We can even tailor qualifications to meet your business needs.
Our Business Development team will work with you to select the right qualifications, write job descriptions and recruit staff. They will also help you to navigate the associated paperwork, including how to access funding and incentive payments.
EKC WorkHigher will support both parties from start to finish, offering a bespoke recruitment service with our experienced Business Development team. You may be looking to upskill your existing staff or looking to recruit a new apprentice. We endeavor to understand your unique business requirements and will find the ideal candidate to fit your business.
We will also help you claim any government incentives and funding, navigate associated paperwork and ensure that your apprentice is given excellent support at college and throughout the completion of their apprenticeship.
As a potential apprentice, you may be looking to embark upon a brand new career in an industry you have a particular interest in, or may already be within an industry and looking for the next step to help you progress.
