Our Values

As part of EKC Group, we have six core values which are espoused by every one of our staff and students alike. We use them as guidelines for everything that we teach and how we act within our community. The values ensure that you are getting the most out of your time at our Sixth Form College, both inside the classroom and out.

Whether its through our Social Action initiatives, work experience placements, or academy study, we empower our students to think creatively, explore possibilities, and collaborate with others to find pioneering solutions to challenges.

Our value of Ambition means that we are committed to ensuring all of our students reach their full potential. Our inclusive and supportive environment, and inspirational teaching provides a solid foundation for students to flourish.

Respect

Our value of Respect is embedded into everything that we do. As a Sixth Form College, we embrace individual differences and celebrate diversity, ensuring everyone feels welcome and included.

Our value of Enterprise reflects our commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship, ensuring all students are equipped with the knowledge, skills, confidence and support needed to turn their ideas into reality.
