Our Employability courses develop the knowledge, core skills, expertise and mind-set that are increasingly necessary for success in the workplace.

Working with local Jobcentre Plus teams, we aim to support you in the development of your employability skills by introducing you to a wide variety of skills and experiences.

Our aim is to help you progress into employment or support you with further training to achieve your career goals.

Working with organisations that are expanding or opening new businesses in the Kent area, our training supports the recruitment of prospective employees, and instils the organisation’s mission and expected standards of working practice from the beginning.
