Pathways

Pathways are made up of courses focused on future careers or further education opportunities

Join our dynamic Computing department, where you’ll learn programming, computer hardware building and maintenance, the use of computers in industry and how to develop mobile applications.

We offer a Level 2 Course, as well as a new T Level qualification, providing you with the technical and theoretical skills required to achieve your dream career in this fast-growing sector. You’ll gain the knowledge required to progress in the IT industry; particular emphasis is placed on issues surrounding networking solutions and data security principles. 

You will have the opportunity to work with our industry partners and complete course-related work experience at a number of prestigious businesses.

We offer strong links with the university sector, who visit throughout the year to offer advice and guidance around applying to and selecting the right university for you.

Role description

Job holders in this unit group plan, organise, direct and co-ordinate the work and resources necessary to provide and operate information technology and telecommunications services within an organisation.
