The EKC Group wants to ensure our students have a voice at the highest levels of the organisation.
That’s why we have created our Office for Student Affairs (OfSA), which is tasked with championing student voice and celebrating our learners’ success. It is also the body which ensures complaints or criticisms are dealt with swiftly and fairly, and acts as the final point of arbitration for any High Needs cases.

You should also contact the OfSA to raise any issues or concerns you may have, or to appeal the outcome of a complaint you have made at a local level.
