We caught up with Theatrical Media Make-up alumna Lacy Mardle to discuss her career as a make-up artist and how Canterbury College helped her develop the skills she needed to succeed.
Since leaving Canterbury College Lacy has been building her own business. Using her amazing skills and drawing from her inspiration of fantasy and fairytales, she has been able to work with companies such as the London Bridge Experience and London Tombs, Star Wigs, Contact Lens Hub and more. She has also worked on music videos for Bryde and Salvation Jayne and works part-time with Benefit Cosmetics.
Lacy says that studying at the College has helped her to refine her skills and has given her the confidence she needs to handle clients professionally. She feels encouraged to put her name forward and show others what she can really do. In her future, she sees a career in film, theatre and television as she wants to show her creativity to the world.
