Overview

This hands-on course is ideal for those who are looking to develop skills to use at home or are considering a career in engineering and would like to gain an insight into welding and fabrication.

What will I learn?

The experience can be tailored to meet individual needs, and students will benefit from professional tuition that explores a range of welding and fabrication practices such as:

  • sheet metal work (ideal for car body repair or restoration)
  • learning how to use your own welding machine
  • the basics of MMA (manual metal arc) welding
  • the basics of TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding
  • the basics of MIG (metal inert gas) welding

Delivery
