Are you self-taught or stuck in a rut with your computer skills? Would you like to elevate your spreadsheet talents?
This four-week course is designed for those who would like to throw off the frustrations of document creation and learn techniques for ease of use and time-saving tips.
This unit helps learners to develop a working knowledge of spreadsheets, from entering data and formatting worksheets to creating charts and producing high-quality documents. As well as learning to use formulas and functions, you will see how Excel can also be a powerful database with sorting and filtering tools.
You should have basic computer skills such as creating, saving and opening a document. You do not need to have skills in all three units, one will get you there.
Each unit will have an assessment upon its completion which will enable you to gain a college certificate proving competency in the areas covered.
Each unit demonstrates competency in the use of the software. As well as enabling you to create more professional documents with ease, it also increases opportunities for employment.
