Get ready to be creative and learn how to make a range of delicious desserts, perfect for any occasion!
Over the course of six weeks, you will learn to create and perfect the following desserts:
1. Apple Souffle with Salted Caramel Sauce
2. Baked ‘New York’ Cheesecake, Morello Cherry Compote
3. Mango and Cardamom Crème Brulee
4. Spiced Poached Pears and Chocolate Sauce
5. Tarte au Citron with Chantilly Cream
6. Tarte Tatin
7. Chocolate Torte
8. White Chocolate Mousse, Almond Lemon Biscuits
Each session will take place in our professional training kitchen and all ingredients and equipment will be provided for you each session.

There is an additional £35 payment that will be required for the first session. This payment is to cover the cost of ingredients that will be provided for you for the 6 weeks.
This payment will need to be paid by card, as we are now a cashless site.
