Are you ready to master the essentials of cookery? Learn a range of different skills that will allow you to build foundations in cookery and master dishes that will wow your dinner guests.
Week One
Vegetarian Indian Cuisine - Learn to cook a main dish with local vegetable and lentils.
Week Two
Cakes and Scones - homemade goodies for your guests with a sweet tooth
Week Three
Chicken Curry - Learn to make a favourite dish with naan bread and steamed rice.
Week Four
Kebab and Pitta Bread - A Friday favourite with lamb seekh and homemade bread
Week Five
Cookies and Viennese Whirls - Indulge in a baking evening with the most loved chocolate cookies and piped Viennese Whirls
Week Six
Superfood Salad and Soup
There will be an extra £15 payment that will need to paid on the first evening. This is to cover the cost of ingredients for the duration of the six week course.
