Our football training is one of our most popular clubs, with a great mix of students that come along. There is always a great atmosphere, students are able to have fun and enjoy their time playing football with friends whilst developing their skills.
Students are coached by our own fully qualified coach and can gain the opportunity to play competitively against other college teams.
Our boxing club helps students improve their sparring skills and techniques. As a high intensity sport, boxing also helps students to develop their fitness levels.
Students will only be able to participate when wearing/using the appropriate equipment provided.
Making the most of the facilities in the Student Centre, this session is great for students who don’t want to get too hot and sweaty but still want to participate in sport. Both pool and table tennis are great ways to develop your technical and tactical skills. You'll have the opportunity to play standard games against fellow students, as well as develop your understanding of the game and practice trick shots.
Students often get the opportunity to enter table tennis and pool tournaments and compete against other campuses.
This club is for those who like to try a variety of different sports. With the use of the sports hall, we can do almost all sports, from Boccia and Netball to Futsal and Handball.
This session is always student led, with participants choosing what sport(s) they'd like to try, this gives student a sense of ownership and responsibility.
