What will I learn?

You will learn the skills needed to progress in the field of domestic plumbing and heating. Our fast-track course will equip you with the core units needed when entering employment or to progress to the next level of study. As well as covering practical techniques and skills, you will cover theory subjects such as:

Plumbing process
Scientific principles
Hot and cold water
Central heating
Above and below ground drainage
Electrical and renewable technologies

You will learn through practical sessions in our workshops and assessment will be through written work and online tests.

On successful completion, you could choose to move on to study at a higher level or seek an Apprenticeship at Level 3. Combined with a Water Regulations certificate, you could also look for employment within the plumbing and heating industry.
