Ideal for all chocolate lovers who want to produce their own chocolates ate home.
This course will give you an insight into the art of chocolate making and will include techniques ranging from the basics to more advanced skills. You will cover tempering, moulding and piping with chocolate in order to produce truffles, chocolates and your own chocolate showstopper in the final session.
This can be taken as a one-off course or you can complete multiple courses to achieve an Award, Certificate or Diploma in Catering.
All learners must be aged 19+. There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however, this course can help you achieve an Award, Certificate or Diploma depending on the number of courses chosen.
