This course requires you to complete 750 placement hours across the two years. Our Industry Liaison Officers will support you in finding a placement and we have excellent links with local restaurants, including an on-site hotel, The Yarrow, which sits within our college grounds. This provides an unrivalled learning opportunity for our students.
