Following on from the success of our Bread Making course, the Bread and Buns course will help you learn new skills in dough preparation and production.
This hands-on course will see you produce a range of products such as fougasse, focaccia and a selection of sweet doughs.
You will gain practical skills while increasing your knowledge on the various aspects of fermentation and the impact of flavour combinations.
