You will have the opportunity to complete work placements at our on-site commercial hotel and restaurant, The Yarow, benefitting from tuition and guidance from some of Kent’s leading chefs and hospitality experts.

Students are able to showcase their skills and culinary knowledge at regular student dinners, cooking gourmet dishes for paying customers.

You will learn culinary skills and techniques from chefs in our industry-standard preparation kitchens. Our students learn how to create and prepare menus with a focus on sustainability.

Exclusive Butler School

Our Hospitality courses are delivered in partnership with the Exclusive Butler School. Butlers may seem like something out of Downtown Abbey, but a career as a modern butler offers fantastic opportunities, career progression, and great earning potential.

Learning from highly experienced Butler trainers, you will gain the most desirable skills needed to work in high-end hospitality.
