Our Level 3 course will give you the skills needed to work as a massage therapist.
The VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Massage is a substantial vocational qualification that will prepare you for a career as a massage therapist. The units contained in this qualification cover all the skills and knowledge required for gaining employment as a massage therapist. This course is designed for learners aged 19 years or over.
The course comprises the following units:
You will need GCSEs at grade 4 (C) in English and maths, or a relevant Full Level 1. You will also need to undertake a skills test. All learners must be aged 19+.
Assessment will be by written assignment for each unit. There will also be a pathology assignment for the anatomy unit, with 2 anatomy exams, along with a minimum of 3 competent practical assessments and 30 hours of case studies.
Previous students have gone on to careers on cruise liners, in salons and spas, as well as self-employed massage therapists. This course could also lead onto Level 4 courses within the complementary therapies industry.
Course fee: £1,350
This course is eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan.
