Stand out on your T Level Journey!

Computing at Ashford College is one of the first three pathways to be offering the new T Level courses! Our Digital Production, Design and Development T Level equips you with the cutting-edge skills, knowledge and industry experience you need to start your journey in a range of creative tech jobs. As a T Level is equivalent to 3 A Levels and is 80% classroom based / 20% work placement based, you will gain the skills you need both for academic growth and the world of work!

Lots of student activities all year round

This year at Ashford, we have launched a video game club as part of Enrichment Wednesdays, allowing students to relax and play against friends on various games, as well as learn more about the games industry. Our student centre is also equipped with an Xbox, Table Tennis and other activities for you to try. Computing students also have the chance to get involved in events and trips throughout the year thanks to our Student Union. This can range from days out (recent examples include Thorpe Park and the Harry Potter Studio Tour) to celebrations of culture in the main college campus.

A wide range of placement opportunities

Our Industry Liaison team will be able to match you up to a work placement whether you join our T Level or another one of our Computing courses. This work placement will also help you grow in the area of Computing where you want to develop most. Our great links to industry experts in the local area allow you to reach your true potential.

All of our Computing team have been involved with the industry at various points and doing various roles, and will be happy to answer any of your questions!
