E-Hub

The E-Hub at EKC Ashford College is the Learning Resource Centre for all students and is home to the College’s extensive collection of books, online resource, and quiet study spaces.

The E-Hub is situated on the second floor of EKC Ashford College.

Our dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff will be able to help you with any queries or concerns you may have.

What the E-Hub offers

You will find a wealth of resources in our E-Hub to support you with your learning and enrichment opportunities including:

  • Information books to assist with your course and personal interests
  • Wide range of fiction books and easy readers
  • Newspapers and magazines
  • Online resources including eBooks, maps and journals
  • Wi-fi for personal devices
  • Ask a Librarian service
  • DVDs to borrow
  • Support with information skills

Tom, our Careers Officer is also based in the E-Hub.

Katie – E-Hub Coordinator

Katie has worked at the College for a number of years, and is the person to go to if you need help or support in the E-Hub.

If you want a specific book, e-book or resource in the E-Hub, just ask Katie and she will make sure it is available for you as soon as possible.

Katie also does study skills sessions and IT workshops in College during your lessons.

Monday to Thursday – 8:30am – 4:30pm

Friday – 8:30am – 4:00pm
