IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition

This 18th edition wiring regulations course has been developed with the aim of enabling the candidate to demonstrate that they are conversant with the IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671. This is a British Standard as recognised by the British Standards Institute.

What will I learn?

This course will give you the understanding and skills required about the new 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. This is a priority to all those in the Electrical Industry.

You will explore the fundamental principles of the regulations, as well as protection, equipment selection, inspection and testing and special installations relating to these.

Who is this course for?

This qualification is primarily aimed at practicing electricians with relevant experience and other allied professionals e.g. electrical engineers, contracts managers, designers, consultants, surveyors, and other related trades needing to update and enhance their understanding of IET Wiring Regulations.

It may also be suitable for anyone requiring an understanding of BS 7671, although prior knowledge in basic electrical science will be required.
