Introduction to Catering and Hospitality

What will I learn?

This short course is designed to introduce you to the world of Catering and Hospitality, picking up key skills for both in the 5 weeks that you will be with us for.

You will learn in a variety of areas, such as Food Preparation, Customer Service, Food Safety and Basic Cooking.

This course is great for people wanting to step into the relevant industries, develop personal skills, or are looking towards further study in Catering. You can also join us if you have experience and are looking to retrain.

Fees and costs:

For the 5 weeks this course is £300 and includes all the equipment you need as you work in our industry standard kitchens.

*This course may be partly funded to most people who are 19+. If you are unemployed, receiving benefits or on a low income you are eligible for the course to be free.
