As the Assistant Principal for Curriculum at Canterbury Jessica has a passion for supporting students to develop their employability skills and employment prospects. With a background in recruitment and welfare to work she has worked with a large number of local employers in several industries. Using this expertise Jessica has set up and managed curriculum areas in varied sectors at several sites across Kent.
Jessica also has eight years' experience working in the land-based education sector and is a member of the T Level development panel for the Animal Care and Equine route. She has a passion for all things equine and canine, competing nationally in dressage, show jumping and eventing.
With a commitment to lifelong learning, Jessica is now studying a professional doctorate in Sport and Exercise Science with Portsmouth University combining her passion for using technology in teaching with equine welfare.
