Happy Halloween! To celebrate this spooky holiday we caught up with Theatrical Media Makeup Alumna Lacy Mardle to discuss her career as a Makeup Artist. We love to celebrate the achievements of our students both past and present, and we think her scary Halloween designs are perfect!

Since leaving Canterbury College Lacy has been building her own business @lacymaee_sfx using her amazing skills and drawing from her inspiration of fantasy and fairy tales she has been able to work with companies such as the London Bridge and Tomb Experience, Star Wigs, Contact Lens Hub and more. She has also worked on music videos for Bryde and Salvation Jayne and works part-time with Benefit Cosmetics.

Lacy says that studying at College has helped her to refine her skills and has given her the confidence she needs to handle clients professionally. She feels encouraged to put her name forward and show others what she can really do. In her future, she sees a career in film, theatre and television as she wants to show her creativity to the world.
